During corrugated board production, continuous strips of edge-trim waste are generated during the trimming process. As this waste is produced continuously in long strips, a conveying solution consisting of a trim blower, pneumatic conveying ductwork, and an air/material separator is required.

Printing presses and die-cutting machines generate large volumes of scrap paper during production. The scrap can be continuously collected using pit belt conveyors and collectively conveyed to a trim blower or fully automatic baler. Installed beneath the scrap discharge outlets of the printing presses and die cutters, the pit belt conveyors collect the discharged scrap and transport it to the designated area.

Corrugated box manufacturers generate large quantities of paper cores and oversized paper waste during production. These materials cannot be fed directly into conventional balers for compression and strapping. Traditional handling methods often rely on manual cutting, folding, or temporary storage, resulting in low efficiency and excessive space usage.
