Taiyang’s corrugated cardboard conveying system is purpose-built for efficient in-plant transportation of corrugated board stacks and semi-finished products in carton box factories. With customized equipment and intelligent control solutions, the conveying system enables seamless connection between production and warehousing processes, improving internal logistics efficiency while reducing labor cost and material loss. The corrugated board conveying system is an industrial benchmark solution known for both specialization and flexibility.
- End-to-end customization to fit complex site conditions (e.g., columns/obstacles and special conveying routes)
- High-efficiency conveying equipment to secure output capacity
- Multiple safety designs to ensure safe production
- 20 years of industry experience with one-stop service support

- Automatic Slip Sheet Dispenser
To prevent damage to the bottom sheets of a corrugated board stack, carton factories often place a protective sheet material, such as cardboard, plastic board, or plywood, underneath the stack. To address this need, Taiyang developed a slip sheet system that integrates with the corrugator stacker conveyor.

- Trim Extraction System for Corrugated Board Production Lines
During corrugated board production, continuous strips of edge-trim waste are generated during the trimming process. As this waste is produced continuously in long strips, a conveying solution consisting of a trim blower, pneumatic conveying ductwork, and an air/material separator is required.

- Scrap Collection System for Printing and Die-Cutting Machines
Printing presses and die-cutting machines generate large volumes of scrap paper during production. The scrap can be continuously collected using pit belt conveyors and collectively conveyed to a trim blower or fully automatic baler. Installed beneath the scrap discharge outlets of the printing presses and die cutters, the pit belt conveyors collect the discharged scrap and transport it to the designated area.

- Paper Core & Oversized Waste Paper Handling System
Corrugated box manufacturers generate large quantities of paper cores and oversized paper waste during production. These materials cannot be fed directly into conventional balers for compression and strapping. Traditional handling methods often rely on manual cutting, folding, or temporary storage, resulting in low efficiency and excessive space usage.
