Jaro owns one of the largest plants in Western Africa, its workshop equips advanced equipment including BHS 2.2m-wide corrugator line, 4pcs of printing equipment and Taiyang intralogistics system. Jaro offers premium corrugated boxes for home appliance, building materials, food, beverage, etc.
Taiyang’s cooperation with Jaro starts when Jaro was planning and constructing its factory. Taiyang has investigated the conditions of the facility under construction and its external environments, discussed with Jaro about its strategic positioning and production process planning, and according to which designed the intralogistics solution following the principal of facility construction in one time and equipment deployment by stages. Taiyang’s intralogistics solution have provided Jaro great production efficiency, as well as a good basis for its further development.
Taiyang’s intralogistics system offers a smooth co-operation between processes among the entire production, devices from corrugated line and warehouse are thus connected seamlessly via the fully automatic conveyors, high efficiency assured.
LA is a corrugated packaging manufacturer and seller located in Vietnam, its products include 5-ply corrugated cardboards, 5-ply corrugated boxes, etc. LA have currently employed about 200 staffs, and is becoming a prominent manufacture at the local market.
In 2019, Taiyang has assisted LA in planning its new manufacturing facility. Through optimizing design, production capacity and efficiency should be maximized, while overall energy consumption should be minimized. Taiyang has been deeply involved in LA’s pre-planning, strategic positioning and equipment selecting. Based on research and discussion, a long-term planning solution has been designed and offered to LA, according to which the new facility were delivered to equip the intralogistics system. Equipment Taiyang offered in the solution enables automated operation at low cost, transportations between corrugating workshop and printing workshop are thus proceeded with high speed and efficiency.
Based on researches and discussions of JINLIAO’s conditions and requirements, Taiyang has designed an intralogistics solution that optimizes space usage, production efficiency while minimizes personnel labour intensity.
