During-sales service
- Assistance with new plant design
We offer examinations on new plant’s structure design to make sure requirements of production processes are satisfied, and reasonable advices accordingly. - Device manufacturing
We manufacture units and modules of the intralogistics system strictly according to technical documents appointed by the contract. All processes among the production, including blueprint drawing, part processing, part acceptance inspection, assembly, testing are guaranteed satisfying the requirements of technical and quality standards. - High-standard installation
We maintain strict requirements in our on-site installation service. We make and follow the installation guidebook, while the technicians and workers to install are experts holding abundant experience and knowledge about how the devices work and how they should be deployed. Requirements from the intralogistics planning map are satisfied strictly as well. - Personnel training and guidebook
We offer guidebook of our intralogistics equipment, contents include figures depicting mechanisms, list of attached devices and processed materials, circuit diagrams and technical parameters; we also organize offline training sessions, introducing device’s operation, maintenance and safety issues. - Assistances with device operations
Within the term of the contract, we offer guidance of our devices on installation, commissioning operation, overhaul, safety review and quality review as required. - Within warranty period
We offer spare parts and specialized tools for part replacement within the device’s lifespan; we offer technical services upon requests, to deal with quality issues found during installation and commissioning.
