Taiyang’s multipurpose shredder is specially designed for processing corrugated board and paper roll cores. Its feed opening measures 1,500 mm in width and 250 mm in height, easily accommodating the material sizes commonly used in the carton and packaging industry.
Both oversized corrugated board and cylindrical paper cores can be fed and shredded smoothly, significantly reducing the time required for material pre-processing. The shredding machine can process three to five sheets of corrugated board or one to three paper cores per batch, efficiently handling materials of different sizes and increasing overall processing capacity.
The shredder is equipped with a 15 kW motor, a combined blade assembly, and forward and reverse rotation functions, ensuring reliable shredding performance and continuous operation.
An optional trim blower and belt conveyor are also available to connect the shredding process seamlessly with downstream material conveying and baling. Together, these components form a fully automated shredding–conveying–baling line, help businesses streamline waste handling, reduce manual intervention, and lower overall operating costs.
